We analyse electricity, heating, cooling and hot-water demand across the campus. We account for operating hours, medical infrastructure development and constraints on construction works. The upgrade scope is developed around the hospital’s continuity-of-care requirements.
We bring together assessments of buildings, heat sources, installations and building management systems, or BMS. We examine solar PV, storage and demand control. We verify the intended function of each solution, including backup supply requirements, and its interaction with existing infrastructure.
We develop options for investment, maintenance costs and financing. For ESCO participation, we define the service scope, risk allocation and measurement of savings. The energy programme is linked to the hospital’s investment timetable and conditions to resolve before implementation.
We assess collaboration with nearby consumers, local generators and municipal assets. We compare demand profiles and the costs of a shared model. Participation is based on an identified economic benefit and the hospital’s operational requirements.
